HR China Candidate Referral Rewards Program
Terms and Conditions
- The HR China International (HR China) candidate referral rewards program (the Program) provides a framework for reward payments
to be made at the discretion and choice of HR China to individuals or businesses
who have introduced recruitment candidates to HR China who have subsequently been successfully
placed by HR China as new employees at recruitment service clients of HR China.
- The candidate referral scheme does not represent a contractual obligation by HR China
and may be amended or withdrawn by HR China at any time.
- Individuals or businesses need to register as participants in the Program (referrers) on the HR China web site to be
eligible to receive referral reward payments.
- For candidate placements to be eligible for consideration for the referral scheme,
candidates must have registered their details on the HR China web site using url links
provided to the referrer by HR China which include the unique referrer ID.
- Once a candidate is registered with HR China, referral details will not be added or amended.
- Direct e-mail contacts with HR China which result in manual registration of a candidate
by HR China will not be eligible for consideration.
- Candidates who are already registered at HR China are not eligible for
consideration under the referral scheme.
- Referrers are not allowed to register themselves.
- Only url links directly provided to the referrer by HR China without any changes may be used by referrers.
- HR China reserves the right to cancel registered referrer accounts where HR China
considers that there is evidence of abuse of the referral Program.
After cancellation, no payments will be made to the referrer.
HR China may also change the response on the HR China web site to page views and
submissions resulting from links identified with a cancelled referrer accounts.
- Referrers must specify their payment currency at the time of registration.
HR China may from time to time change the amounts in the different currencies supported by the Program.
Payment will be based on the reward payment amount in the referrer's selected payment
currency as published on the HR China web site and no adjustments will be made to allow for
exchange rate differences.
- Payment will be made in accordance with the payment methods published
on the HR China web site. It is the responsibility of the referrer to
ensure that their contact details are correct and kept up to date.
HR China will not attempt to track down a referrer if contact
has not been successful using the details provided by the referrer.
- Reward payments will only made after candidates introduced by the referrer have
been placed by HR China and have successfully completed 10 weeks at their
new employer and HR China has received payment of the recruitment
fee from the employer.
- HR China will make reasonable efforts to ensure the referral program details
published on the HR China web site are correct and up to date but
reserves the right to change these if an error or omission has occurred or
if malicious or unapproved changes have been made to the HR China web site
by third parties (hackers).
- It is the responsibility of members of the Program to ensure that they are in compliance with
the tax regulations applying to the country of residence where they or their business is based
and to account for all taxes due in relation to referral rewards payments including but not
limited to sales taxes, value added taxes, personal income taxes or busines/company taxes.
- These Terms and Conditions may only be varied by a Director of
HR China International.
- The interpretation and performance of these terms and conditions will be governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
